Located in Dundarave Village, we are a small female run boutique Property Management company that has been specializing in the North Shore rental market since 1989. We are seeking someone with a willingness to take on several bookkeeping tasks that include but are not limited to the following:
-posting invoices / paying trades & vendors
-collecting and processing rental payments
-monthly and year end statements
-account reconciliations
-knowledge of tax remittence
-payroll
-opening and closing office
-answering the phones & dealing with minimal walk in traffic
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Propertyware ideal but not mandatory. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act a bonus!

(Salary negotiable depending on experience. This is a full time position requiring 40 hours / week and overtime when needed. Preference given to those who live on the North Shore.)
