Available Shifts:
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 10 hour shifts between the hours of 7 AM to 9 PM. SHIFT TIME TO BE DETERMINED.
Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Please note that this is an in-office position and not remote.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls for towing-related services, including police impounds, accidents, and roadside assistance.
• Handle the release of impounded vehicles.
• Prepare quotes for clients.
• Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers efficiently.
• Enter calls into our dispatch software system.
• Process payments and manage paperwork for drivers and clients.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and via telephone/email.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
