We are looking for an organized, outgoing individual to join our growing team in the position of administrative and collections clerk. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a busy, professional office environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review field notes and site plans to accurately compile to report format using technical writing skills.
• Position may include dictation transcription.
• Preparation of industry specific reports and documents.
• Assist with accounting duties, most specifically billing and receivables. This may be a part time availability with flexible daytime, weekday hours.
• Reception duties.

This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant based in Surrey, BC. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide clerical support, and assist with executive-level administrative functions as needed. Core responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, managing communications, handling phone inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting internal operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:
•Office experience is an asset, but we will provide training for the right individual.
•Effective language communication skills; both written and oral, Punjabi is an asset.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be well organized.
