Green Financial Online Inc. needs more bookkeepers to handle our corporate client needs

-Responsibilities and Duties:
-Preparation of accounts on a monthly basis for a variety of micro-corporations. You will need to prepare updates to a tax preparer template, a monthly general ledger and an income statement. Other reports such as a trial balance may be required upon request.
-Corporate and/or Self-Employment preparation of spreadsheets for tax-form preparation
-Payroll (T4, T4SUM) as necessary
-Account Reconciliation
-Must have minimum 1-2 years experience with Excel and online accounting software such as: QuickBooks, Wave, Simply Accounting etc.
-Work is home-based so you must have access to a secure computer and broadband internet. This is not a customer facing role and there are no set hours so may suit someone who requires flexibility.
-Accuracy and speed of data processing are critical for this role.
-Familiarity with Intuit’s ProFile software and preparation of files for Import to ProFile T2
software mandatory

Payment: Per transaction with minimum for smaller corps or light months. Contractor will invoice per account.
