Position: Car Wash Attendant
Location: Coquitlam (a few doors down from IKEA)
Job Type: Full-time (must be available on weekends)
Hourly Pay: $21/HR to start
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect customers' vehicles before entering the wash and clearly communicate any pre-existing damage in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
* Guide customers confidently through the wash process and help resolve any concerns or issues on the spot.
* Monitor and maintain automated car wash equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Keep the car wash tunnel clean and free from debris, especially during slower or rainy periods.
* Maintain the vacuum lot by ensuring equipment is working properly and the area remains clean and welcoming.
* Clean and maintain the overall property, including walkways, parking areas, and other customer-facing spaces.
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Qualifications:
* No experience required — training provided!
* Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting vehicles.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and confidently.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Basic cleaning and maintenance skills are an asset.
