I’m Noah Neaman, a seasoned criminal and civil lawyer with over 30 years of experience. I hold a law degree from UBC and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics. I currently teach criminology at Douglas College and have previously taught at SFU’s Faculty of Criminology. I’ve also served as an ad hoc Crown prosecutor.
My criminal practice ranges from minor offences to serious charges, and my civil work includes trials, personal injury claims, contractual disputes, and a wide variety of other matters.
Over the years, I’ve built strong working relationships with prosecutors, judges, and other key figures in the legal community. These connections, combined with my deep understanding of the legal system, often lead to favorable outcomes for my clients—such as charges being dropped or resolved without a criminal record.
When you hire me, you’re not just hiring a lawyer—you’re gaining an advocate with deep roots in the legal world and a track record of results.
I offer a FREE legal consultation to review your case, provide a step-by-step plan, and offer a flat-rate fee quote that will not be exceeded. My fees are reasonable and competitive.
