Royal Printers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing label division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and coordinating projects from quote to completion.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and production to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries by phone and email
Process orders, quotes, and artwork approvals
Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Follow up on timelines, revisions, and customer requests
Maintain accurate order information and customer records
Assist customers with product information, lead times, and order updates
Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure attention to detail on all orders and specifications

Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Printing, packaging, or label industry experience is considered an asset
