We’re looking for a strong Garde Manger cook to join a fast-paced seafood kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. If you work clean, stay organized under pressure, and care about presentation and product, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare and plate cold dishes with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
* Work with fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and raw bar products
* Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe station
* Support service flow through clear communication and teamwork
* Uphold high standards for presentation, prep, and kitchen professionalism
What You Bring
* 2+ years of professional kitchen experience (seafood experience is a strong asset)
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable in a high-volume, à la carte environment
* Food Safe Level 1 certification
* Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure
* Legally able to work in Canada
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
