We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to support the management of 8 commercial units as well as relevant office duties pertaining to this position.
This role requires working from a designated home office location in Port Moody. While weekly hours range from 20–30, work schedules may vary during the day or evening depending on tenant and client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily tenant emails and communications
• Respond to tenant inquiries professionally and promptly
• Handle government-related correspondence and documentation
• Maintain digital property and tenant records
• File monthly bank statements
• Assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
• Act as Chief of Staff to CEO/President
Requirements:
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Email
• Strong digital file management skills
• Native-level English proficiency and Chinese speaking required
• Detail-oriented, dependable, flexible, and a team player.
