We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Siding Estimator to support our growing team. This role is directly connected to all types of building envelope cladding systems, and prior experience in the field is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings and specifications
- Perform accurate and comprehensive quantity takeoffs for all cladding scopes
- Prepare detailed and timely project estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and leadership to support bidding and planning

- Proven experience in siding or building envelope estimating
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
